Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dc333 platform — including but not limited to the website at dc333.io, any associated mobile web interface, the casino section, the sportsbook, and any promotional communications — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the dc333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you are using the dc333 platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that such person also meets all eligibility criteria set out herein.

Eligibility & Registration

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. dc333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which age cannot be verified to dc333's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any Balance held in an ineligible account will be returned to the payment method used to fund the account, less any bonuses received.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered Player Account on dc333. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Player Account. Account Security

4.1 Credentials & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dc333 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Player Account. dc333 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify dc333 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. dc333 will investigate such reports and may temporarily restrict account access pending the outcome of any investigation. dc333 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

dc333 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Player Account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security beyond your password and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

5.3 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. dc333 prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. 5.6 Currency

All transactions on dc333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). If a payment is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. dc333 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by dc333 are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of issue, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Providers & Fairness

7.4 Malfunction Voids All Play

Any malfunction in a game or betting system voids all play for the affected session. dc333 will not honour winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other system fault that results in an outcome not consistent with the intended game mechanics. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dc333. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any Balance and Bonus Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Player Account, whether under the same or different personal details.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the dc333 platform without the prior written consent of dc333. Any unauthorised use of dc333 intellectual property may result in the immediate termination of your Player Account and may give rise to legal liability.

By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with any applicable legal retention obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dc333 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the dc333 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

dc333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Player Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude dc333's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Player Account at any time by contacting dc333 support. Upon request for account closure, dc333 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money Balance to your registered payment method, provided all identity verification and responsible gaming check requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Termination by dc333

dc333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) you have engaged in Prohibited Conduct; (c) your account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to dc333; or (d) dc333 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In the event of termination by dc333 for breach, any Balance held in your account may be forfeited in whole or in part at dc333's discretion.

Amendments to These Terms

dc333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dc333 will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the dc333 platform. The effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the dc333 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease use of the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.1, withdrawing any remaining Balance prior to closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Contact Before Escalation

In the event of any dispute or complaint arising from your use of the dc333 platform, you agree to contact dc333 support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period of no less than 14 calendar days for dc333 to investigate and respond before escalating the matter through any other channel.

15.2 Language of Proceedings

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the English-language version shall prevail.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the dc333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dc333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
